Legal basis: the steps you ask us to take before a possible process (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Commercial communications only if you accept them separately.
Recipients: nobody else. Our technical providers process the data on our behalf: the calendar and our CRM (HighLevel), hosting and email. Some are outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the regulation.
Retention: twelve months from the conversation if you do not start a process; then it is deleted.
Rights: you can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at manel@alineacionconsciente.es. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
