Terms of purchase

What you are buying

Personal processes: individual online accompaniment, in the number of sessions stated for each process.

Training programmes: the programme, duration and format described on the page of each training programme.

None of this is medical or psychological treatment.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros, VAT included.

A process is not purchased directly: first you send the request, then we contact you to assess with you what you need and, once everything is clear, we send you the link to our payment page, where you pay by card through Stripe: this website never sees your card details. The contract is concluded when the payment is completed.

If you need an invoice, request it by writing to us with your tax details.

After purchasing

We will write to you to agree on the date of the first session.

You can change or cancel a session by giving at least 24 hours’ notice. If you do not attend without notice, the session is lost and its price is not refunded; if you book another session, it has a 50% discount.

If you decide not to continue with a process, we refund:

· 3-session process: 75% if you decide so at the first session and 50% if you decide so at the second.

· 6-session process: 50% if you decide so at the third session.

· 12-session process: 75% if you decide so at the third session and 50% at the sixth. After the sixth session, nothing is refunded.

This does not limit your right of withdrawal during the fourteen days after purchase, explained in the next section.

Right of withdrawal

You have fourteen calendar days from the purchase to withdraw without giving any reason (article 102 of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). Just write to us at the email address above, stating the purchase reference. We will refund the amount using the same payment method within a maximum of fourteen days.

If you ask us to start before those fourteen days have passed and then withdraw, the proportional part of what has already been provided will be deducted. Once the service has been fully provided with your express consent, you can no longer withdraw.

Complaints

For any problem with a purchase, write to us at the email address above and we will reply as soon as possible. These terms are governed by Spanish law.
