Breathing
You observe your breath and use it as support to stay present with what you feel.
The Alineación Consciente© methodology
Sometimes you say yes when you mean no. You demand more of yourself than you can give, or you react in a way you later don't understand. Alineación Consciente© accompanies you in observing these responses and recognising how you learned to protect yourself.
You can start with whatever is causing you conflict today and explore what you are still holding on to, so you can relate to yourself and to others with greater awareness.
Observation · Cancellation · Inner reconciliation

The starting point
A lived experience can lead you to adopt a conclusion about yourself, others or life. In Alineación Consciente© we call it an inner stance. To sustain it, you may build a way of acting: pleasing others, demanding a lot of yourself or anticipating everything. That is the protective version.
Over time, that response can become so habitual that you mistake it for who you are. Observing how your story, what you hold on to and what you do are connected makes room for choice.
See it in an everyday situation ↓Explore an example
Choose a situation and go through its five moments. They are illustrative examples of the method, not an explanation of your personal story.
Moment 1 of 5
“When I say what I need, they get angry.”
Imagine an experience in which asking for something or disagreeing led to rejection. What you felt may have shaped how you learned to relate to others.
The same response can have different stories behind it. The accompaniment starts from yours.
What is Alineación Consciente©?
A process of observation, cancellation and inner reconciliation. We start from a current conflict, explore the inner stances and protective versions connected to it, and work with your conscious will to stop sustaining them.
Cancelling means recognising and expressing the decision to stop defending a stance and the forms of protection built around it. What you have lived is part of your story; the work focuses on how you relate to it today.
Walk through the seven steps ↓Resources that are already part of you
Attention, breathing and the ability to choose are part of your everyday experience. In the method they are organised into three complementary areas. Explore each one to discover its role.
You observe your breath and use it as support to stay present with what you feel.
You recognise tension and allow your body to find a more comfortable position, without forcing yourself to relax.
You notice the impulse to flee, defend yourself or attack, and give yourself room before acting.
Before answering a request, you notice the tension in your shoulders and pause to breathe.
You direct your attention to what is happening and explore situations from your experience through images or memories, without forcing them.
You recognise whatever arises just as you are experiencing it and make room for what you feel.
You express your will to stop holding the stance you have recognised and the versions that protect it.
You recognise the thought “if I say no, they'll reject me” and observe how it plays into your response.
You allow the experience to follow its course without clinging to an explanation, a defence or an outcome.
You recognise the limit of trying to control everything and open yourself to listening to your experience.
You attend to the coherence between what you feel, what you recognise and the decisions you make.
You give yourself permission to listen to what you need without having to control how the other person will react.
The path of the method
The seven steps guide the work and adapt to your experience and your pace. Open each card to follow the same example: finding it hard to say no.
You recognise what is happening today: what you feel, how you react and which situations keep repeating. This is the starting point of the process.
You notice that you agree to a request and then feel uneasy.
You explore the lived experiences connected to that response and recognise the inner stance and the protective version that sustain it.
You recognise the fear of rejection and the need to please.
You express your will to stop holding the inner stance you have recognised, respecting what you are ready to address.
You decide to stop holding the belief that you need to please in order to be accepted.
You make room for the emotions linked to those experiences and work on letting go of the charge that arises, without forcing what you feel.
You attend to the fear or guilt that arises when you stop people-pleasing.
You recognise the versions you built to protect yourself and express the decision to cancel them. You explore how you want to respond now.
You question the obligation to always be available and decide to attend to your own needs too.
You work on reconciling with your experience and regaining room to feel, discern and choose with greater inner freedom.
You can recognise what you need without turning it into a struggle with yourself.
You bring what you have worked on into everyday decisions, boundaries and habits. You observe what happens and return to whatever needs attention.
Faced with a new request, you give yourself time to decide before answering.
The path may return to a step or continue in another session. Every process has its own pace.
Inner reconciliation
You recognise that that way of protecting yourself made sense in your story. You can attend to what you felt and stop holding the obligation to keep responding in the same way.
Reconciling means regaining a more open relationship with your experience: listening to what you need, accepting what you have lived and giving yourself room to decide how to act today.
A change in how you relate to yourself
You recognise thoughts, emotions and reactions without demanding that you feel something different or find a right answer.
You recognise what you lived and how you tried to protect yourself. You can stop treating yourself with the same harshness that feeds the conflict.
You bring observation into what you do: expressing a need, setting a boundary or making a decision with greater awareness.

Individual accompaniment
In individual online accompaniment we begin with a specific situation you want to work on. You explain what is happening and we observe the emotions, thoughts and reactions that arise.
From there, I accompany you in exploring the connections with your story and in going through the steps your experience calls for. At the close, we look at how to bring what you have worked on into a situation in your everyday life.
The work respects your pace and your limits. You don't need to force memories or share anything you don't want to explore.
See personal processesFrom understanding to experience
Someone asks you for something again and the urge to say yes appears. Explore how your way of responding could change when you begin to recognise what you are holding on to.

“Yes, of course. I'll fit it in.”
You agree immediately, even though you are exhausted. Afterwards come complaints or guilt, and you push yourself again to handle everything.
What are you trying to avoid by saying yes?
Illustrative example. Understanding a pattern opens up a possibility; bringing it into your life takes observation and practice.
Before you begin
You can get to know the method without having to understand everything that is happening to you beforehand.
No. The work starts from what you want to address and unfolds respecting your limits.
No. The accompaniment adapts to your experience and is presented in an accessible way.
In the method, cancellation starts from recognising what you are holding on to and expressing the will to stop defending it. It is worked on together with observing your emotions, your protective versions and their presence in your everyday life. Saying a phrase on its own does not describe the full process.
Alineación Consciente is presented as a methodology for accompaniment and personal development. It does not replace medical or psychological assessment or treatment when these are needed.
The path guides the accompaniment. It adapts to what comes up in your experience, and it may be necessary to return to a step or keep working on it in another session.
It depends on your situation and goals. You can find different accompaniment options on the personal processes page.
You don't need to adopt any particular belief. In the language of the method, letting go, surrender and alignment describe ways of relating to your experience, your will and your awareness.
