Cookie policy
This website uses the essential cookie to remember your decision about cookies and, only if you allow it, a measurement tool to find out which pages are useful and our CRM's visit tracking. Not one more.
What a cookie is
It is a small file that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. It is used to remember things from one page to the next, such as whether you have already responded to a notice.
The one this website needs in order to work
We store your decision about this very notice (cookie “stg_consent”), so as not to ask you again on every page.
It is essential and does not require your consent.
The measurement one, only if you accept it
To find out which pages are read we use Umami, an analytics tool that does not share data with any advertising platform and is not used to track you across the internet.
Nothing is loaded until you accept. If you reject it, the tool is not activated and the website works exactly the same.
What is measured is aggregated: pages viewed, which country the visit comes from, what type of device is used and which buttons are clicked, never what you type in the forms.
The tracking one, only if you accept it
Our CRM, HighLevel (LeadConnector), has a tracking script that records which pages of this website you visit. It stores an identifier in your browser to recognise your visits and, if you write to us or request a process, link them to your request.
Nothing is loaded until you accept “Tracking”. If you reject it, the script is not activated and the website works exactly the same.
Third-party content, only if you ask for it
The booking calendar and the contact and process request forms belong to our CRM (HighLevel / LeadConnector) and open within the page. They are not loaded when you arrive: a button appears (“Book a conversation”, “See the calendar”, “Write a message”, “Open the request”), and only if you click it does the page connect to HighLevel, which may set its own cookies in accordance with its policy.
When you leave this website
The booking calendar, the payment and training pages, the community and the social networks are third-party sites. They open when you click their button, and from that moment their own cookies and policies apply.
How to change your mind
Whenever you like. In the notice that appears the first time you can choose “Accept”, “Reject” or “Configure”.
If you have already responded, click “Cookie preferences” in the footer of any page: the panel opens again and you can withdraw your permission as easily as you gave it.
Changes to this policy
If this website ever starts using other cookies, we will update this page and ask you again before activating anything new.
